Free Support

Free support is offered to all companies in the UK running at least one Pro/ENGINEER licence (and includes support for ProE, Mechanica and Intralink). Please note telephone and on-site support options, including Pro/E, Mechanica & Intralink consultancy services, are available - email us to request details.

The free support is offered on the following terms:-

• all support is undertaken via email
• an expert will endeavour to either answer your question, or advise you on a recommended course of action within 24 hours
• the free support offer is limited to a maximum of five questions over a period of three months, and one contact per company site
• we reserve the right to post any support questions & answers in a FAQ (frequently asked questions) section on the website
• we reserve the right to cancel the offer of free support at any time
